Man allegedly restrained woman at city residence
WATERTOWN A Watertown man pushed a woman to the ground and restrained her at their shared residence, city police said.
Kareem L. Gymph, 34, of 229 St. Mary St., Apt. 209, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment after the alleged altercation involving Dorrel S. Summers at around 9:20 a.m. Friday.
He was arraigned in City Court and taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building in lieu of $500 cash bail.
