UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Village police charged Ryan VanBuskirk, 20, of 73 Bishop Ave., Massena, with four counts of unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after responding to a complaint of a domestic dispute between VanBuskirk and his mother.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Roman Weilock, 75, of Bay Drive, Cary, N.C., for speed in zone at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Tyler R. Searles, 18, of 2 Ripley St., Massena, with petit larceny Tuesday afternoon. He allegedly borrowed his now ex-girlfriend’s debit card on eight separate occasions and used it without her permission. He was released on an appearance ticket.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Karl R. Burst, 61, of Coffee Tree Lane, Syracuse, for speed in zone at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.

FAILURE TO TURN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Patricia A. Chartrand, 54, of Dunbar Avenue, Massena, for failure to turn as required following a traffic stop at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Main Street. She reportedly made a prohibited left turn from Water Street onto Main Street.
