Betters, 56, of Chateaugay with second-degree criminal contempt following an alleged violation of an order of protection at 7:56 p.m. Friday on Water Street in the town of Waverly. The arrest was made at 10:51 p.m. Friday at County Route 43 in the town of Fort Covington.
