Watertown man accused of causing public disturbance

WATERTOWN — Matthew R. Mailman, 31, of 246 Coffeen St., was charged by city police at 7:11 p.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct at 300 Arsenal St.

Mr. Mailman is accused of yelling, jumping around and waiving his arms violently in the parking lot of the Great Wall Chinese restaurant, 300 Arsenal St., causing people walking in the area to become alarmed, according to police.

He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and released with an appearance ticket for City Court.
