LOWVILLE — One person was sentenced in Lewis County Court on Monday on a drunken-driving charge after graduating from the county’s Drug Court program, while another was added to the program after admitting to selling prescription drugs.

Christopher L. Bronson, 33, Lee Center, was sentenced after successful completion of Drug Court to five years’ probation, a $2,500 fine, $520 in court fees, a one-year driver’s license revocation and mandatory participation in the ignition interlock program on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated, to which he pleaded guilty Oct. 22, 2012.

As part of the plea agreement, an additional plea to felony aggravated DWI in the case was vacated.

Mr. Bronson was stopped July 29, 2012, on Lyonsdale Road in the town of Lyonsdale.

Also, Kinsey R. Schaefer, 30, of 7909 Route 26, Lowville, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, also satisfying a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She then was entered into Drug Court.

Ms. Schaefer was accused of selling Adderall in 2012 in the town of Lowville.
