AGGRAVATED DWI - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged Kerry J. Ashworth-King, 38, of Winthrop with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right and failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop at 8:34 p.m. Wednesday on Route 11C in the town of Stockholm.

THREE INJURED - RUSSELL - State police said three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at 10:12 a.m. Wednesday on County Route 24 in the town of Russell. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by James O. Tupper, 60, of Canton and Shannon Marie Clary, 30, of Russell.

ASSAULT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Blayne J. Finley, 25, of Waddington Wednesday afternoon with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief - preventing an emergency phone call following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 11 a.m. July 28 from the town of Waddington.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Casey J. Deshane, 35, of Norfolk with possession of a controlled substance in a non original container and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having a front seat passenger between the ages of 4 and 6 improperly restrained.

ASSAULT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Nathan L. Langdon, 24, of Mooers with third-degree assault on Wednesday following an investigation into a domestic dispute incident reported to troopers July 12 from the town of Waverly.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Donna D. Savoir, 51, of Chateuagay with second-degree aggravated harassment Wednesday following an investigation into an incident reported at 5:41 p.m. July 23 from the town of Moira. The arrest was made Wednesday afternoon at 186 East Main St., Chateaugay.

BENCH WARRANT - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police picked up Joseph R. McMahon, 23, of Massena on a bench warrant at 6 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop at 6 p.m. Wednesday on County Route 30 in the town of Constable.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Wednesday. Among those:

• Sherry Diane Oakes, 48, of Hogansburg at 10:31 p.m. on state Route 122, near the Constable-Burke Townline Road, in the town of Constable.
