Funeral services for Keith D. Stiles, age 87, will be held on Thursday, August 14th, at 2:00PM at The Christian Family Tabernacle with Rev. Ford Reynolds and Pastor Reggie Curtis officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Frary Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rensselaer Falls Cemetery. Calling hours will be held before the funeral service from 11:00 to 2:00PM. Keith went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Norma; nine children, Deborah Traver (Raymond), Donna Stiles (Lee Hutchnson), Lori Montroy, Vikki Thornhill, Diana Gallucci (Tony), Sue Grant (Henry), Scott Thornhill (Holly), Dawn Mack (Bruce Warren) and Tiffany Kirk (Mike), 12 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren; his two brothers, Harry Stiles and Paul/Betty Stiles and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents the Rev. Harry and Gladys Stiles, Sisters Esther Funk, Shirley Duscharme, Geraldine Mandigo and brothers Everest, John, James and grandson, Lincoln Ledwith.

Keith was born June 2, 1927 in Chazy, N.Y., the son of Rev. Harry and Gladys Stiles.

He graduated from Rensselaer Falls High School in 1945. After graduation he was recruited by St. Lawrence University to play basketball but chose to serve his country as a Marine in the U.S. Marine Corp. On December 11, 1965. Keith married Norma Aumell Thornhill and merged two beautiful families with nine children. Keith was previously married to Jean Dickson.

Keith was an entrepreneur who had a passion for many different endeavors. He started with his brothers E.K.&P. Stiles Inc; followed by the Stiles Auction House. He continued buying and selling until his death.

His greatest accomplishment occurred in 1995 when Keith was called to build a church, The Christian Family Tabernacle (The Log Cabin Church) at Kendrew corners. This church was dedicated in memory of his mother and father the Rev. Harry and Gladys Stiles.
