COUNTY COURT WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Gabriel T. Houle, 43, of 300 Barnhart Road, Massena, on a bench warrant issued by St. Lawrence County Court. Houle was picked up at 4:24 p.m. Friday on Main Street. He was turned over to Canton-based state police and transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending his arraignment on the warrant next week in county court.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Brian E. Snyder, 25, of 144 North Raquette River Road, Massena, on a bench warrant issued for failure to appear in court as directed. Snyder was picked up at 1:13 p.m. Friday on Bishop Avenue. He was arraigned on the warrant by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released on his own recognizance.

PROBATION WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Tabitha A. Lapage, 27, of 373 Hurley Road, Winthrop, on a bench warrant for allegedly violating the conditions of her probation. She was picked up at 9:23 a.m. Friday on Liberty Avenue. She was arraigned on the warrant by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson, and bail was set at $500. She was then turned over to Massena-based state police, who held a warrant for her arrest from Stockholm Town Court.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Edward M. Breyette, 41, of Ryan Road, Saranac Lake, for speed in zone at 3:32 p.m. Friday on the South Raquette River Road.

IMPROPER SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jimmy O. Thompson, 57, of Lincoln Place, Massena, for improper signal at 11:07 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Center Street at Park Avenue.

UNSAFE START - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Luke J. Breault, 22, of Hall Road, Massena, for making an unsafe turn at 6:23 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.
